Proposal Deck Automation
Same-day branded proposal deck automation for sales teams (Presenton)
Video published Sep 16, 2026 by Corey Ganim
Startup cost: Very low startup cost (hosting the open-source tool, plus lead data) (our estimate; the video doesn’t give figures)
What It Is
You set up an open-source deck generator (Presenton, an alternative to Gamma) with a company's brand template, so a sales rep can fill in a short form and get a branded, editable PowerPoint proposal. A more advanced version feeds a sales-call recording into it so the proposal is drafted automatically. Targets are contractors, agencies, staffing firms, event companies and commercial real estate teams that send 20+ custom proposals a month. The suggested price is $2,500 setup plus $200 a month for hosting and template fixes.
The Pitch
The creator says proposals that took marketing two or three days can go out the same day and always stay on brand, which helps close deals faster. He notes Gamma costs about $400 a month for 10 seats, so the monthly fee is under half that. His pitch tactic is to ask for a prospect's last proposal and rebuild it live on the call; four clients would be $10,000 in setup fees and $800 a month.
Who It’s Best For
Someone with some comfort around automation tools and APIs who can sell to sales managers at mid-sized companies.
The Truth (as we see it)
Proposal automation is a real business need, and the open-source tool is real, but wiring it to call recordings and brand templates is more technical than the other ideas in this video. Selling to VPs of sales means sales calls and a longer buying process. Many companies already use Gamma, Canva or proposal software, so you need a clear advantage. Figures are the creator's projections. The creator sells a paid community (AI Operator Academy) and pitches it in the video; he says he is not affiliated with the lead-search tool he recommends.
