What It Is

You build a private AI chatbot, using the free open-source platform Dify, that is trained on a company's standard operating procedures, employee handbook or price sheets. Staff and new hires ask it questions instead of interrupting the owner or a manager. Each month you update it as the company's documents and processes change. The suggested price is a $1,500 setup fee plus $250 a month, with the $59/month hosting billed to the client.

The Pitch

The creator says many companies do not want internal documents going into ChatGPT, so a privately hosted bot is easier to sell, and it can shorten onboarding from weeks to days. He targets home services, property management, insurance and staffing firms with 20 to 100 employees and three or more open job postings, since they are constantly onboarding. He says 10 clients would mean $15,000 in setup fees and $2,500 a month.

Who It’s Best For

A process-minded person who can organize documents and test a chatbot, and who is willing to approach business owners directly.

The Truth (as we see it)

Internal knowledge-base chatbots are a real and growing use of AI, and Dify is a real, widely used open-source tool. Whether the bot actually saves time depends on how complete and current the client's documents are, which is often the hard part. The figures are the creator's projections, and selling relies on cold outreach to owners and operations managers. Many small firms have no written SOPs at all, so you may end up writing them first. The creator sells a paid community (AI Operator Academy) and pitches it in the video; he says he is not affiliated with the lead-search tool he recommends.
