What It Is
You run a paid monthly community (often on Skool) around an AI topic, such as automation, making money with AI, creative tools or vibe coding, or for a specific group like women or Gen X. Members get a course library, live weekly workshops and Q&As, templates, and a peer group sharing wins. The funnel is content on YouTube and Instagram pointing to the community.
The Pitch
The creator says most AI communities she belongs to earn at least $50,000 a month with tiny teams, and the top Skool community made about $300,000 a month. She argues people pay a premium to be around talented peers, which is harder to copy than course material.
Who It’s Best For
Someone who already has, or will build, an audience and enjoys hosting live sessions.
The Truth (as we see it)
Community income figures are the creator's observations and reflect the most successful founders, nearly all of whom built a large following first, as she notes. Without an audience, a community is hard to fill, and keeping members paying monthly takes constant live effort. The creator runs a free community and sells her own AI app.
