What It Is
You come up with a short explainer topic yourself, then have Claude (Cowork or Claude Code) connected to a video-generation service (fal.ai) design a recurring cartoon character, generate key frames, animate the clips, add a voiceover and stitch the reel, with you approving each stage. Claude then posts it to Instagram through Blotato and sets up an automation that DMs your link to anyone who comments a keyword.
The Pitch
The video opens with a stick-figure animation channel said to make over $20,000 a month, and the guest (Mark of Automate with Mark) says AI can now produce that style of content end to end for about $3-4 per reel. The comment-keyword DM sends viewers to your offer or longer content, building followers along the way.

The workflow is shown working, but the $20,000-a-month figure belongs to an established channel that wasn't built this way, and no earnings are shown for the AI version. Setup involves API keys and connector settings that trip people up, and AI clips can need fixes. Blotato is Sabrina Ramonov's own app, so the channel has a stake in recommending it.
