You build a local lead-generation website for one service in one area, using a fixed structure: about eight core pages (home, about, contact, estimate), one to six service pages, and 20-30 location pages, all cross-linked with the homepage as hub. In this video he edits a live sewer-line site by simply telling Claude Code what to change ("this page is boring"), with a second AI pass using screenshots to check images and layout. Once the site ranks and leads arrive, you sell them to a contractor: per lead, as a bundle (for example ten sites for $1,500 a month), as a share of job revenue, or at a premium if you qualify leads yourself.

The creator says the repeatable "one skeleton, infinite markets" structure is what makes his sites rank and lets them be cloned at scale, so you can aim for hundreds of sites rather than one. He argues structure and copy are about 80% of local ranking, low or zero-search-volume niches are fine, and you should "charge for the value, not the cost" since you own the asset.

Suits patient, detail-minded people willing to build and wait on many small sites and then sell leads to local tradespeople.

The page structure he describes follows widely accepted local-SEO practice, and AI tools really can make such edits quickly, though he shows the AI also making changes he did not want. Rankings take time and many sites will not rank; the pricing examples are possibilities, not reported results. Lead-generation sites that present themselves as the contractor's business raise honesty and consumer-protection questions, so copy should not invent credentials. He promotes his own paid Skool community (the Rank Expander Academy, 7-day free trial, then paid), and the build blueprint zip file he relies on is only available inside it. He also mentions a backlink list inside the community.
