Startup cost: Low startup cost (an AI coding subscription, hosting and domains) (our estimate; the video doesn’t give figures)

What It Is
The video splits one skill, ranking for local searches, into two paths: Path A makes a real business (say a plumber) dominate its metro, and Path B builds your own network of microsites and rents the calls. For Path A the work is a checklist: fill every Google Business Profile field and category, post weekly, add real phone-taken photos, get reviews by text, keep name/address/phone consistent, and build service-location pages with real local data. The 'golden connection' is giving Claude Code an SFTP connection to the WordPress files so you edit the site by describing changes in plain English (for example asking it to add a card grid linking to every service-area page) without logging into WordPress. A community member is quoted as earning 2,800 euros in microsite commissions plus about 4,300 euros in web-design work in a month.
The Pitch
The creator says AI has made these sites cost 'a thousandth of the price' of a conventional local business website, and that a good site is simply one that gets form fills and calls. He argues owning the asset (Path B) beats doing SEO for clients who eventually fire you, while Path A is a sellable service to business owners. He responds to commenters calling it spam, saying independent, useful sites are not what Google's spam filters target.
Who It’s Best For
Non-developers who want to build or sell local websites and SEO, and are comfortable letting an AI agent edit live site files. Path A suits someone happy to find and serve business-owner clients.
The Truth (as we see it)
The Google Business Profile checklist is standard, widely recommended local SEO advice, and using an AI coding agent to edit a website by plain-English instruction is a real and growing workflow. Giving an AI agent direct file access to a live site with permissions bypassed can break things, so backups or version control matter (the creator covers this in other videos). The claims that Google tracks whether you answer the phone and can tell where a photo was taken are his interpretation and not confirmed by Google. Member earnings are the creator's own examples and unaudited. Jesse Cunningham sells membership in his own Rank Expand Academy (a paid online community with a 7-day free trial, Microsite Playbook and Microsite Empire modules, weekly calls and a one-click microsite builder) and promotes it throughout the video, along with his niche-scoring tool at tool.rankexpand.com.
