Startup cost: Low startup cost (a spreadsheet, optional AI design tool, store fees; ads are an ongoing cost) (our estimate; the video doesn’t give figures)

What It Is
Before launching a t-shirt store, you plan 100 designs on one spreadsheet. The columns split them evenly into text-only, text with graphic, and graphic-only (33 each, plus one). The rows are sub-topics of your niche found by browsing existing shops and reading the Reddit threads and Facebook groups where your customers talk; for her history brand these were humor, battlefield and serious tribute designs, split by era. Each box becomes a simple brief ('11 funny text designs for history people') that you fill with ChatGPT or your own design work. After launch the sheet becomes a scoreboard: columns and rows that get clicks in ads get more designs, and dead ones are cut.
The Pitch
The creator says that in six years and over 5,000 designs across four brands, only one to three of every 100 designs catches customers' attention, so launching broad is how you find them. She says her history brand started at an even split and data moved it to about 80% text-with-graphic, 15% text and 5% graphic, with dark sarcastic humor winning. She says she planned each launch in an hour or two, and that she was a pediatric nurse, not a designer, when she started.
Who It’s Best For
Non-designers starting a work-at-home t-shirt store who want an organized way to plan a full first catalog.
The Truth (as we see it)
The spreadsheet method is a sensible, practical way to plan a varied catalog and test it, and it does not depend on any particular tool. Planning 100 designs is quick; actually making them takes far longer, and you still need paid ads to learn which ones work. Her design and sales figures are her own and unverified. She repeatedly pushes her free 'Million Dollar Brand Blueprint', an email signup that funnels viewers toward her and her husband's paid WeScale course and community, and the spreadsheet itself is offered only through that signup.
