The Truth (as we see it)

Brokering cleaning jobs to independent cleaners is a real model and the 40 to 50% margin claim is plausible for the owner's share, though ad costs, refunds and re-cleans eat into it. The creator is upfront that early on you are tied to your phone during the day for customer and cleaner issues. Quality control, cleaner reliability and properly classifying contractors (rules vary by place) are the real challenges. The income figures are the creator's own and unaudited. The creators run Home Service Academy, a paid one-on-one coaching program built around the remote cleaning model, and the video links a free training that leads to it.
