The model of reselling white-label local SEO software to small businesses is real and common among WAH creators, and the low per-client cost is plausible. The $40K/month, 100% trial conversion and beta-tester results are the guest's own unaudited claims, and his edge comes from more than 20 years of phone sales, so beginners should expect far lower close rates. The "scholarship close" and price-by-guess approach are sales tactics, and ranking results are not guaranteed (he himself says 30-60 days to see movement). The hosts earn affiliate commissions on GoHighLevel and Merchant and promote their own coaching community, and the guest sells a paid community and course; A2P texting registration and per-text fees also apply.
