You build a small AI-assisted website for a local service in a specific town (for example, a service-plus-city exact match domain), get it ranking in Google's regular results, and then rent the site or sell its leads to a local business that does the work. The same method can be used by a local business owner on their own website. The work is choosing the search term, building the site, setting up supporting profiles, and tracking rankings.

Cunningham says he builds one of these sites in 10 to 15 minutes for about $12, while local businesses often pay thousands for theirs. His evidence is an ongoing contest in his community where about 50 entrants built fresh-domain microsites for two secret search terms; after six days, 21 sites were indexed in the top 50 and the best one on the easier search was ninth on page one. The video's distinct lesson is to check how crowded the Google results are before building: on the easier search a well-built site was enough, but on the harder one, profiles on Houzz, Pinterest, Facebook and Manta, plus established local businesses, outranked every new site. His recipe is to put the exact search term in the domain, title, heading and first paragraph, publish the full site (homepage, service pages, town pages, FAQ, estimates) at once, create matching listings on free platforms the same week, and seek a few relevant local links rather than bought spam links.

People comfortable with basic website building and patient keyword research who can find and sell to local service businesses, or local business owners who want to improve their own site's ranking without paying an agency.

The site-structure and on-page advice is standard local SEO practice and the low build cost is plausible. The contest results are only six days old and measure rankings, not money; the video shows no rented sites, lead sales or income, and Cunningham himself notes early rankings are volatile and that the harder search was not cracked. Earning from this depends on finding a business willing to pay monthly, which the video does not cover, and on choosing niches where map listings, directories and big platforms do not dominate, which limits the pool of good targets. The video is a promotion for his paid SEO academy community (7-day free trial), including a downloadable site-building template for AI coding tools.
