What It Is
Brands pay you to film short videos that look like a real customer made them in their kitchen, for use in their own ads; you do not have to post them. You shoot, edit and deliver on a phone. Brands find creators on marketplaces such as Insense and Billo or through direct messages on Instagram and TikTok. The creator says beginners commonly get $50-150 per video and experienced creators $200-300 or more.
The Pitch
The creator says you need no followers because the brand is buying the video, not your audience. He estimates 10 videos a month at $100 each is about $1,000, and says the only setup is good light, clear audio and being natural on camera.
Who It’s Best For
People who are comfortable and natural on camera and can deliver to a brief reliably.
The Truth (as we see it)
UGC is a genuine paid service and the price ranges given are labeled as estimates, which is fair. Competition for beginner gigs on UGC marketplaces is heavy, so a portfolio and steady pitching are needed early on. You must appear on camera. No paid product is promoted.
