You pick something you already know how to do that takes under an hour, such as a social media audit, LinkedIn profile review, website audit, pitch deck review or showing someone how to upload to YouTube or use Claude, and sell it as a one-on-one video call. The video's plan is to choose the offer in 10 minutes, write it up with a set number of spots and a price, set up a way to get paid (Stan Store, PayPal, Stripe or Square), then spend 30 minutes texting, emailing and DMing people who already know you, past customers and old leads. The creator says this is the option most people should choose because there is somebody out there who doesn't know how to do what feels "normal and boring" to you.
