Instead of teaching someone, you do a small task for them and hand it back quickly, often the same day. Examples in the video are building a landing page with the AI site builder Lovable, editing a video, writing an email sequence, setting up a Stan Store page, helping with an AI setup or reworking a pitch deck for investors. You create an offer with limited spots and a price, take payment through Stan Store, PayPal or Stripe, promote it to people you already know, and deliver afterward. The creator says $300 is the minimum she would charge for a landing page.
The creator says the skills you take for granted from the past week or two are things somebody else needs, and that clients are impressed by fast turnaround. She describes reworking two founders' pitch deck in a couple of hours as a favor and says, "somebody could do that and charge for that."
