What It Is
You take a small business's messy customer records, receipts and sales notes and turn them into an organized database showing who bought, what and when. AI does much of the extracting and sorting while you check the results and set up a clean structure the owner can keep using. It is sold as a one-off cleanup or recurring finished result.
The Pitch
The creator says many owners admit their customer list "is a disaster" and they don't know who bought last year, let alone yesterday. She says companies "will pay real good money" to have it sorted, and that it's dull enough that few people compete for it.
Who It’s Best For
Detail-oriented people comfortable with spreadsheets, admin or bookkeeping-style work.
The Truth (as we see it)
Messy customer data is genuinely common, and an organized list helps with repeat sales. The video doesn't explain tools, pricing or deliverables in any depth, so you'll need to design the service yourself. Handling customer and financial records means taking privacy seriously, and you should double-check anything AI extracts, since errors in records are costly. Clients come from direct outreach. The creator pushes a free Sunday workshop (name and email required) and puts her prompts and outreach scripts behind description links; the video does not say what, if anything, is sold after the workshop. Her credentials ($10M in sales, Forbes feature) are self-reported.
