One Trade in 50 "second Cities": Bulk Microsite Rollout With Cloudflare and AI Call Answering

Jesse Cunningham · My Plan to Build Microsites Across 50 Local Markets ↗
You pick one blue-collar service and build an exact-match-domain microsite in the second-largest city of each US state (for example Annapolis instead of Baltimore), where competition is lower. Claude Code, loaded with his blueprint, writes each site as flat HTML, registers the domain through Cloudflare's registrar API at cost (about $10 a .com) and deploys it on Cloudflare hosting. Each city gets a tracked phone line answered by an AI voice agent or forwarded to a contractor, with recordings and transcripts. You hand a local contractor free leads first, then rent the calls monthly, per lead or as a share of the job, and expand around winning cities (his "star method").
The creator says what once took a team is now a one-person pipeline, with 50 sites costing about $500 a year all-in, and that working one trade nationwide builds an asset with enterprise value and referral potential between contractors. He offers 20 cities rented at $1,500 a month as the upside but himself calls that inflated, framing the sites mainly as a door-opener to contractor relationships.
Suits organized people comfortable managing many small web properties and phoning contractors in different states.
The costs are believable, and he is candid that the $1,500-per-city figure is optimistic and that many cities will not rank. Launching 50 near-identical sites in one trade risks looking like a site network to Google; he advises unique content per city, standalone sites and a slow rollout, which also slows the plan. AI-answered and recorded calls require attention to call-recording consent rules, which vary by state. He promotes his own paid Skool community (the Rank Expander Academy, 7-day free trial, then paid), and the build blueprint zip file he relies on is only available inside it.
