Startup cost: Low startup cost (AI image and video tools, a free editing app, optional research and DM software) (our estimate; the video doesn’t give figures)

What It Is
You pick one specific audience with one painful problem (his examples: menopause symptoms, women in their 50s who want to look younger, short home workouts for busy mothers) and set up an Instagram page whose name and bio say exactly who it helps. You find 'outlier' posts that far outperformed a competing faceless account's usual views and adapt their hook and angle into your own script. Each post uses an AI avatar: ChatGPT writes the avatar's look and backstory, OpenArt makes the image and turns a reference frame into a short clip, and CapCut adds on-screen text and audio. The product is a guide, workbook or checklist that Claude outlines and drafts and you lay out as a PDF in Canva; each post asks viewers to comment a keyword, which starts an automated DM conversation that leads to the product link.
The Pitch
The creator says he went from $300 to over $10,000 a month in 2020, passed $1 million within two years and still earns about $30,000 a month from this model; he shows an 11,000-follower page he says made over $10,000 last month. His argument is that distribution, not making the product, is the real bottleneck, and that a small audience with one urgent problem buys more readily than a big general one, with no face, inventory or clients needed.
Who It’s Best For
People who enjoy researching and testing content, are comfortable with AI tools, and want a no-face digital product business they can work on in their own hours.
The Truth (as we see it)
Building an audience around one narrow problem and selling it a simple digital product is a sound and common approach among WAH creators, and the step-by-step workflow here is concrete. The income and student results are the creator's own and unverified. His example niches are health topics and his own page links to a supplement, and a made-up AI persona handing out health advice raises real honesty and accuracy problems; Meta also asks creators to label realistic AI-generated content. The research tool (Viral Hunter) and AI DM tool (EverSell) he demonstrates are offered through his signup link, and the video ends by steering viewers to his 'VIP workshop', so expect a sales pitch there.
