AI Quote-Gathering Consultant
AI-agent quote gathering for big home projects, charging a percentage of the job
Video published Oct 21, 2026 by Chris Koerner
Startup cost: Near-zero cost (an AI agent subscription and a few dollars in credits) (our estimate; the video doesn’t give figures)

What It Is
You use an AI agent (the creator used Meta's Muse) to find every contractor in a metro area for a client's project, fill out each company's contact form or email them the plans and survey, answer follow-up questions, chase non-responders and log every quote in a spreadsheet. For his own pool, the agent contacted 82 builders and collected eight quotes from $120,000 to $240,000 within 24 hours.
The Pitch
The creator says pool consultants already charge 3-6% of a job (about $6,000-12,000 on a pool) to gather and compare quotes, work that used to be tedious and now costs a few dollars in credits. He suggests productizing it as a website for pools, roofs, kitchens or bathrooms, and running many projects at once.
Who It’s Best For
Someone organized and comfortable with AI tools who can explain construction quotes to homeowners and earn their trust.
The Truth (as we see it)
The time saving is real, but the agent tools are new and the creator notes they still misfire on email threads. Charging a percentage of a large project means homeowners will expect real expertise in judging the quotes, not just collecting them, and contractors may react badly to mass outreach. The creator sells an AI consulting program (Playmakers AI) and the video includes a GoHighLevel sponsorship.
