Adam Enfroy · How to Sell Online Courses with AI in 2026 (Full 2-Hour Course) ↗

Use teaching videos on YouTube to send viewers to a simple page where they book a call with you. On the Zoom call you sell a coaching program, usually $2,000 or more, and take payment over the phone. The coaching runs as a structured series of one-on-one calls plus Slack messaging, starting with an intake form and ending each call with action items.

Enfroy and co-host Colin say this is the fastest route to your first $10,000 to $20,000 a month. The automated route (opt-in page, email sequence, sales page, checkout) loses people at every step and needs tens or hundreds of thousands of viewers. With a booked call, almost nobody drops off between the click and the conversation. They say they tested both, wish they had started with calls, and that you only need four things: a calendar booking tool, Zoom, a payment processor and a community space. Enfroy's pricing math: if 2% of a 100-person list buys, a $99 product makes about $200 but $2,000 coaching makes about $4,000. He says the YouTube videos have already done most of the persuading, and the calls also tell you what your audience actually struggles with.

Experts with a teachable, results-driven skill (business, fitness, finance, a serious hobby) who don't mind sales conversations and can deliver ongoing one-on-one help, even with a small audience.

Selling higher-priced coaching on calls with warm leads from your own content is a common, believable model, and it does need far less traffic than a self-serve funnel. The '$10K-$20K a month' figure is the hosts' own claim with no audited proof. The approach depends on being comfortable selling and on your time, since every client takes calls and messages, so it doesn't scale the way a course does. The video doesn't cover handling refunds or making sure clients actually get results, and you still need a YouTube audience that trusts you. Much of this video is older course material (it mentions 2024 revenue). Throughout, it promotes Thinkific with a 30-day free-trial affiliate link, plus Kajabi, Skool, ConvertKit and Thrive tools, and Enfroy's own paid programs.
