What It Is
You use AI app builders to create a small AI tool for a non-business niche, such as a pet care assistant with a care log and vet-visit prep, a family planner or a travel concierge. In the video the creator uses GoHighLevel's AI Studio to build the app and its AI assistant to generate a sales page, a two-step checkout and a course portal with modules and video descriptions, so you only record the tutorial videos. The app and tutorials are packaged as a one-time $27-$97 product instead of a monthly app subscription. For sales, she suggests partnering with businesses that already have a matching audience (for example a premium pet food brand) and offering them a share of sales.
The Pitch
The creator says she has $1.3 million in digital product sales and grossed $3,300 in under two weeks from her own AI digital product. She argues that AI now builds the product, sales page and portal in minutes without code, that apps sell poorly alone at $7-$15 a month but sell well as a bundled low-ticket offer, and that the idea can be copied in any niche.
Who It’s Best For
People with a defined niche or audience who are comfortable using AI tools and can line up partners or traffic to sell a low-priced product.
The Truth (as we see it)
Building simple AI tools with app builders and packaging them with tutorials is now practical for non-coders, and her point that standalone low-priced apps are hard to sell is reasonable. Her sales figures are her own and unaudited, and the video shows building rather than any proof of how this particular product sells; getting traffic or a partner brand to promote you is the hard part. The video promotes her paid AI Product to Profit Builder and uses a GoHighLevel affiliate link that comes with her coaching, so it is partly a sales pitch. A niche AI app also carries ongoing AI usage costs and some responsibility if it gives pet-health or similar advice.
