What It Is
Run a paid monthly community, for example on Skool, whose main value is a large and constantly growing library of reusable resources (such as 50 to 100 ready-made n8n AI automations or design templates) plus several live Q&A calls each week. New members are brought in steadily through Instagram and YouTube content to replace those who cancel, and the price is raised in steps as membership grows.
The Pitch
Enfroy describes this as a trade publication that is interactive and always updated. His math: 100 members at $180 a month is $18,000, and 1,000 members is $180,000 a month. He says creators in this model see roughly 10% of members cancel each month and refill through content, and often start at $50 a month, then raise the price at 100 and 500 members so early joiners lock in a lower rate. He thinks it suits YouTubers in AI or design-heavy niches, where templates and resources matter most.
Who It’s Best For
Creators who already have, or are building, an audience in a template-heavy niche such as AI automation or design, and who can commit to adding new resources and hosting several live calls every week.
The Truth (as we see it)
Enfroy is upfront that this takes a lot of up-front building, grows slowly, and needs ongoing work, likely with a team: he says at least three live calls a week and new resources every week to keep people from leaving. The $180,000-a-month figure is a best case, not a typical result, and it depends on already having steady organic reach. He runs a paid Skool community himself. The video promotes Enfroy's free "AI launch kit" lead magnet, which feeds his own paid programs.
