You lease 53-foot semi-trailers (dry vans and flatbeds) from a large leasing company and sublease them to truck owners who can't get approved directly, often new companies or drivers with weak credit. The guest paid about $350 a month per trailer on net-30 terms and charged drivers about $180 a week plus a $750 deposit and a three-month minimum, so he collected before his own bill was due. He found renters through simple photo posts on Facebook Marketplace, later nationwide Facebook ads, and handled contracts, billing and insurance from his phone with two remote assistants.
The guest says he started with one trailer for his uncle in 2019, had about 10 rented within two months, and grew to 300 trailers bringing in about $250,000 a month with $40,000-50,000 profit, while living in Colombia. He credits weekly billing, net-30 supplier terms and cheap Facebook ads (about $5,000 a month for 25 new clients) for being cash-flow positive from day one.
Someone comfortable with contracts, insurance and collections who can handle risk and wants a remote, recurring-revenue business in a US industry.
This is an equipment rental business, so the work is remote but the assets are real trailers on the road: the guest lost 10-15 of 300 trailers that never came back, at $15,000-25,000 each, and says GPS tracking, careful contracts and being named as additional insured were hard lessons. His figures are self-reported and his supplier terms (no deposit, no credit check) may not be easy to get today. It depends on the US trucking market and US insurance and leasing companies. The guest says he sells no course; the host's show promotes HighLevel as a sponsor.
