Subscription Website Agency
Website-and-Google-presence subscription for US contractors, sold from abroad with a free-website angle

Startup cost: Low startup cost (a Google Maps scraping tool, GoHighLevel, website templates; later about $4,000 a month in ads) (our estimate; the video doesn’t give figures)

What It Is
Scrape Google Maps for local service businesses that have a Google profile but no website, then cold-call or (better, for volume) cold-text them: "I noticed you don't have a website, I actually built you one for free, want to see it?" On a Zoom call, show a template site with their name dropped in and offer to keep it live for a monthly fee, starting at $99 to $149. The guest, based in Colombia, now charges about $299 a month for the website plus maintenance, Google Business Profile setup, review requests, instant lead texting and missed-call text-back, and says he has about 65 clients (about $14,000 a month recurring). He now gets new clients from ads at roughly $7 to $8 a lead and $150 to $170 per client.
The Pitch
The guest says serving US businesses remotely pays three to five times more than local clients for the same work, cold SMS lets you reach hundreds of businesses a day, and fulfillment takes only a few hours a month once systems are in place.
Who It’s Best For
People comfortable with outreach (including in a second language) who can manage templates and simple automations for many small clients.
The Truth (as we see it)
Low-cost website subscriptions for trades are a common, workable agency model, and the guest's numbers are modest and specific. Showing a 2-minute template as a site you "built for them" is a sales tactic; be honest about what clients get. Cold texting businesses is regulated in the US (consent and opt-out rules for SMS), so check what's allowed before blasting hundreds a day. The interview doubles as a testimonial for the host's paid agency community, which taught the guest his methods.
