Start a small marketing agency serving local businesses such as realtors, dentists, law firms or salons. Offer a short list of monthly services like local SEO and simple city-based blog pages, Google Business Profile and Maps management, social media and email content. Use AI to write your positioning, one-page website, service pages, pricing packages and standard operating procedures, then find leads through AI-assisted outreach and people you know.

Enfroy says this is the fastest path to income because you get paid monthly by clients instead of waiting for content to grow. His target is $2,000 a month times five clients for $10,000 a month, and he says just two clients ($4,000 a month) is enough to prove it works. In his example, an AI prompt produces packages from $1,500 to $3,500 a month. He says local clients pay $500 to $1,000 a month, higher-end ones like law firms $4,000 to $5,000, and over time $5,000 to $10,000 per client is possible when you move up to software companies and bigger brands. He tells his own story: going from a $9-an-hour pizza job to about $40,000 a year with two local clients, and says he used the same model again when he left a corporate marketing director role. His advice is to promise deliverables, not results, and to hire help after the second or third client.
