What It Is
You find local businesses, like plumbers, that have a Google Maps listing and good reviews but no website, using Google Maps, Yelp or a built-in lead finder. An AI builder pulls the business's photos and reviews from its listing and generates a full website in about five minutes, which you then sell. The creator suggests prices from $299 up to $2,000-$3,000, and expanding into redesigns, AI voice assistants, email, text and social marketing, and ads. If you can't afford the agency plan, you can refer businesses as an affiliate and earn the first month's fee, then charge them for setup help.
The Pitch
The creator ranks this the fastest path to money because you can sell before building anything, and he says about one in four small businesses still lacks a website. He says people he has taught landed their first client within a day, and a friend's son made thousands in about 24 hours, while stressing that this is not typical.
Who It’s Best For
Outgoing people who are comfortable calling or emailing local business owners and handling client requests.
The Truth (as we see it)
Building websites for local businesses is a real, long-standing service, and AI has made the build much faster. The hard part is selling: the creator says you must be willing to talk to people, and many owners without a site are not actively looking for one. Using another business's Google photos and reviews on a site should be done with their permission. The fast-money stories are anecdotes he labels as untypical. Disclosure: the creator is co-founder and CEO of Buildy.ai, the tool he demonstrates and recommends throughout, and it also runs an affiliate program.
