What It Is
You coach job seekers toward a specific kind of role, using AI tools you build for each part of the search: rewriting the resume and LinkedIn profile for target companies, finding and getting interviews, and rehearsing for the interviews. You run the coaching calls and judge the output; Claude does much of the drafting.
The Pitch
Dang breaks job hunting into three pain points (a weak resume and profile, no interviews, poor interview performance) and suggests building a simple Claude 'skill' for each so the work goes faster. His example price is a $5,000 package to help someone land a role at a target company, and he mentions a client, Yvonne, who signed her first coaching client within her first month working with him.
Who It’s Best For
People with hiring, recruiting or sales experience in a field others want to break into, who know what employers there actually look for.
The Truth (as we see it)
Career coaching is an established field, and AI genuinely speeds up resume and profile rewrites. A $5,000 price needs real credibility in the target field, and promising or guaranteeing a job offer is risky, since the outcome depends on employers and the job market. Dang's demo resume was shown as an illustration, not a proven product. The video is part of his funnel for a free Claude skill, free training and paid coaching calls.
