What It Is

Make walkthroughs, tutorials, and comparison videos (or articles) about software built for one industry, such as contractor management, dental practice platforms, real estate transaction tools, gym and studio management, or field service software. Rather than covering crowded categories like CRMs or web hosting, you go after these narrower tools, which often charge $200 to $500 a month and pay a recurring percentage for as long as the customer stays subscribed.

The Pitch

Enfroy says the mainstream software categories have been saturated for a decade, while industry-specific tools have far less competition and very targeted buyers: someone searching for dentist software is probably a dentist with a budget. He walks through the math: a $300/month platform at 40% recurring pays $120 a month per customer, or $1,440 a year, so 10 customers is over $14,000 a year. At $200/month and 40%, he says about 125 active customers gets you to $10,000/month, and adding roughly 10 customers a month could get you there within a year, with typical churn around 5%. He suggests YouTube for this because software demos are easy to screen-record and software is easier to rank on YouTube than on Google.

Who It’s Best For

Someone who already works in, or knows well, a particular industry and its tools, and who's comfortable making plain screen-share tutorials on a consistent schedule.

The Truth (as we see it)

The recurring-commission math holds up on paper, but it assumes steady new sign-ups and that programs keep paying for the life of the customer. Plenty of programs cap recurring payouts at 12 months or switch to one-time bounties, so check the terms before you build around one. Enfroy admits the trade-off himself: these niche tools have much smaller audiences than mainstream software, so search volume is low, and not every vertical tool has an affiliate program. Your income depends on how well the vendor converts your clicks, which you don't control. The video promotes Enfroy's free AI launch kit training.
