TikTok Shop affiliate work is real and cheap to start, and the follower thresholds he describes give a realistic picture of the first hurdle. Earnings depend heavily on the algorithm, commission rates and consistent posting, and TikTok's rules and eligibility change often (and differ outside the US). No income figures are given for this idea. The video also promotes the creator's own KDP writing software (Co-Author) and his paid one-on-one KDP mentorship, neither of which is needed for this gig.
