The Truth (as we see it)

Visitor-identification tools exist, but match rates are often modest and mostly work for business visitors. Emailing people who never gave their details raises privacy and consent issues: rules differ by country (much stricter in the EU and UK than the US), so check what the client's market allows before selling this. The commission math needs reliable attribution. Dang presents this as one example idea, with no client results for it. The video promotes his free Claude skill, free training and paid coaching.
