What It Is
Take a service you already offer or have expertise in, marketing, HR, operations, finance, coaching, and repackage the pitch around a specific, AI-accelerated outcome and timeline rather than a vague description of what you do, then charge a premium project or retainer fee for the AI-enhanced version.
The Pitch
Hamilton's example: instead of saying "I help small businesses with marketing," you'd say "I'll build your 90-day AI-powered marketing engine in 14 days," using AI to actually generate the campaign ideas, emails, landing page copy, and competitor analysis behind that offer, and charging $1,000 to $5,000 per project. For higher-ticket "AI-enhanced strategy" work aimed at small businesses trying to scale (her example: a business going from $25,000 to $40,000 a month), she cites a client in her own community, Liz, who went from $15,000 to $40,000 a month over eight months with this kind of support, and suggests $3,000 to $10,000 project fees or $2,000-a-month retainers for that tier.
Who It’s Best For
Someone with genuine prior expertise in a specific function (not someone starting from zero) who's comfortable repositioning their existing offer language around outcomes rather than learning an entirely new skill.
The Truth (as we see it)
The Liz case study is specific (a named person, specific before/after numbers, an eight-month timeframe) but comes from Hamilton's own paid community, not an independently verified source. The core reframing technique, outcome-and-timeline language instead of a vague service description, is a general copywriting principle that doesn't depend on any of Hamilton's specific tools or programs to apply.
