What It Is
Use no-code platforms and AI tools like Claude to build a simple subscription software product that fixes one workflow problem in an industry you already know, such as a lead and sales dashboard for realtors or an order-tracking tool that connects Shopify to other systems. Charge roughly $50 to $250 a month per customer.
The Pitch
Enfroy says building software no longer needs deep coding skills, and that for a business with a specific workflow problem, paying $50 to $100 a month for an exact fix is cheaper than other options. He calls software probably the most valuable business you can build: 1,000 customers at $50 a month is $50,000 a month, or $600,000 a year, which he says would likely be valued at four to six times that, making it a multi-million-dollar business.
Who It’s Best For
Someone with deep knowledge of one industry's day-to-day problems who wants to build an asset, not a service, and is ready to handle customer support, bugs and ongoing product development.
The Truth (as we see it)
Enfroy is candid that this is the most demanding model on his list: you are running a software company, with maintenance, new features, a product plan, bug reports, customer service, and eventually a team. Getting to 1,000 paying customers is the hard part, and the video gives no example of anyone who has done it this way. The valuation multiples are his estimate. The video promotes Enfroy's free "AI launch kit" lead magnet, which feeds his own paid programs.
