AI Automation Agency

What It Is

Build automations for the repetitive tasks small businesses deal with every week, such as lead follow-ups, appointment reminders, chasing invoices and updating spreadsheets. The creator suggests n8n or Make for the workflows, with Claude or ChatGPT handling the AI parts. Start by automating your own life to learn the tool, then reach out to 10 to 20 local businesses found on Google Maps. He says you can charge $500 to $2,000 for a setup and $200 to $500 a month for an optional maintenance retainer.

The Pitch

The creator argues that if you save an owner even 10 hours a week, the value is obvious and the sale gets easier. He notes n8n is free to try and has hundreds of tutorials on YouTube, so you don't need to be an AI expert to start.

Who It’s Best For

Process-minded people who like tinkering with software and are willing to sell to business owners.

The Truth (as we see it)

Workflow automation for small businesses is a real, widely taught service, and the tools are inexpensive to learn. The prices are the creator's ranges, not verified results, and the segment is short on how to scope projects, handle client data safely or support workflows when they break. The work needs outreach, sales conversations and ongoing client support. The video also promotes the creator's own KDP writing software (Co-Author) and his paid one-on-one KDP mentorship, neither of which is needed for this gig.
