Affiliate Blog With Guest-Post Links

Affiliate blog built on 'minimum viable posts' and a guest-post link-trading machine

Video published Jan 27, 2023 by Adam Enfroy

Startup cost: Low startup cost (our estimate; the video doesn’t give figures)

What It Is

A review-blog method with two parts. First, you find 'best X' keywords in Ahrefs with keyword difficulty capped at 10 and publish a short 'minimum viable post' (say, top five products), expanding it only once it starts ranking. Second, you build authority with templated outreach for guest posts, then trade links with other guest posters, partner with brands, and eventually have freelancers write guest posts that carry your links.

The Pitch

Enfroy shows posts he says earn steadily: best podcast hosting at over $10,000 a month, screenwriting software at about $2,500 and OCR software at $1,500 to $2,000, the last a category he had never heard of before keyword research. He says 16 to 20% of Google searches each year are brand new, so emerging product categories keep opening up. On links, he expects a 5 to 10% acceptance rate from outreach. He notes a 1,500-word guest post can hold about 10 links you can trade, and that agencies charge $1,000 to $3,000 per link. He advises joining affiliate programs only after a post ranks, favoring 30 to 40% recurring software commissions or high-ticket products, adding an ad network at 10,000 monthly visitors, and hiring a cheap writer once money trickles in (he did by month three).

Who It’s Best For

Someone comfortable sending lots of templated emails and LinkedIn messages who wants a concrete, numbers-driven way to pick posts and build links rather than writing whatever interests them.

The Truth (as we see it)

The video was published in January 2023 but recorded in 2022, even though the title says 2024. Google's ranking behavior and link policies may have changed since. Enfroy himself calls parts of his link trading a gray area. Making links look untraceable and swapping them to boost rankings is exactly the kind of link scheme Google's spam rules target, so treat the advanced tactics with caution. The income screenshots (he shows $1.25 million revenue for January to April 2022) are his own and unaudited. The whole video is a free masterclass that ends in a sales pitch for his paid Blog Growth Engine course, which he says includes unlimited coaching, and it recommends WPX hosting.
