Automated Hobby Blog Pipeline

Make.com, Airtable and Claude pipeline that drafts hobby-niche posts straight into WordPress

Video published Aug 5, 2024 by Adam Enfroy

Startup cost: Low startup cost (our estimate; the video doesn’t give figures)

What It Is

An automated content pipeline for an ad- and affiliate-funded blog. You click a button next to a keyword in Airtable, which triggers a Make.com scenario. Claude writes an outline, structures it as JSON and writes the article, then GPT-4 writes an image prompt for DALL-E 3. The result is saved to a Google Doc and lands in WordPress as a draft for you to humanize and publish. You choose the keywords yourself, in tight clusters within a hobby niche.

The Pitch

Enfroy says systems like this grew his blog traffic over 400% in 2024. In his demo a finished draft took under a minute. He plans content as five pillars per niche (products, how-to and technique, types, destinations, and care), with clusters of 20 keywords split 15 informational and 5 affiliate. His kayak example covers best kayaks for fishing, two people and dogs, plus rolling and bracing techniques. He says hobby niches like kayaking, pickleball, woodworking or gardening are far easier than anything Forbes writes about. For the easy informational posts, he says turning on Mediavine ads earned him about $50 a day on 6,800 sessions (about a $7 RPM). He also shows one article earning three ways: affiliate links, banner ads and an exit pop-up for his own product.

Who It’s Best For

A tinkerer who is comfortable wiring together no-code tools and API keys and wants to publish in volume, but who will still edit every draft by hand.

The Truth (as we see it)

This video is from 2024, and the specific models he uses (Claude 3.5, GPT-4, DALL-E 3) and Make.com's interface have likely changed. Enfroy is clear that the AI drafts should not be published as-is and that keyword choice must stay human. Mass AI publishing carries real search-ranking risk. The 400% traffic claim and Mediavine figures are his own and unverified. API usage costs money every run. The video is sponsored by Kadence WP and promotes his free AI Niche Hunter prompt, AI masterclass and paid AI Income Blueprint community.
