What It Is
Sell personalized one-on-one or small-group coaching, typically $3,000 to $15,000, to clients chasing a specific goal, such as a business owner launching an offer, a creator trying to sell courses, or someone wanting a precise weight-loss plan. Delivery is weekly Zoom or Slack sessions over three to six months, plus custom resources, templates and accountability check-ins. Clients are usually found through Meta ads aimed at people who already make money, then closed on a sales call.
The Pitch
Enfroy says some problems are worth paying a premium to solve faster, and he applies a "10x value" rule: a $10,000 program should deliver $100,000 of value. He recommends targeting buyers who already have revenue but have hit a ceiling, the kind who "will spend $5,000 without batting an eye." His math: three clients at $5,000 is $15,000, and adding one client a month while keeping three to five active gives $15,000 to $25,000 a month. He calls it the highest-priced digital product there is.
Who It’s Best For
Someone with proven results and a clear method in one specific area (business, fitness, a professional skill) who is comfortable selling on the phone and working closely with clients for months at a time.
The Truth (as we see it)
The economics are real, but this is a service job, not a product: you need real results to point to, a defined method, and the ability to close sales calls. Enfroy admits it usually runs on paid Meta ads rather than free content, and that scaling it needs staff for sales calls and client support. The revenue figures are his examples, not his own reported coaching income. The video promotes Enfroy's free "AI launch kit" lead magnet, which feeds his own paid programs.
