Drink and Snack Cooler Delivery

What It Is

Fill styrofoam coolers with ice, drinks, snacks, and (where legal) alcoholic beverages, then use Uber's Connect/Courier feature to have an Uber driver pick up and deliver the packed cooler to a customer, charging for the products, the cooler, convenience, and delivery, without ever leaving home yourself.

The Pitch

The presenter highlights this as especially timely for warm-weather seasons (beach days, holidays, parties) and frames the Uber-delivery mechanic as the key insight that removes the need to personally drop off orders, rating it 4/5 for ease and 3/5 for speed to first dollar since it requires upfront shopping and finding clients.

Who It’s Best For

Someone in a warm climate or event-heavy area willing to do some local marketing/promotion to find customers and comfortable fronting inventory costs.

The Truth (as we see it)

Pre-packed cooler delivery is a real, low-tech local micro-business that several sellers run seasonally around beaches, parks, and events, and using Uber Connect as a logistics workaround is a genuinely clever, low-cost delivery solution. Success depends heavily on local demand and marketing, which the video doesn't cover in detail.
