AI "UGC" clips that show an invented parent describing her own kids are fake testimonials; advertising rules in the US and elsewhere treat undisclosed fake endorsements as deceptive, and platforms increasingly require AI labels, so disclose them or avoid that format. Supplier shipping times and quality still decide whether customers come back. The video is sponsored by two of the apps it recommends and uses the creator's affiliate links.
