The Truth (as we see it)

Selling writing and SEO retainers to local businesses is a real, established freelance model, and Enfroy says he started out this way (three SEO and link-building clients at about $3,000 each, mentioned in another of his videos). The hard part is underplayed. Local owners get a lot of cold pitches, and selling AI-written content to people who can make it themselves with ChatGPT gets harder as AI tools spread. His claim that someone with no experience can deliver because 'it's about the system' depends heavily on how good your editing is. The revenue figures and the student who 'made money within a week' are unverified, and he says the week result is not typical.
