Ryan Doser · The $8K/Month AI Business Anyone Can Start (AI Concierge) ↗
You coach owners of established businesses (the guest's clients do $5 million to $150 million a year) in how to use Claude and Claude Cowork and how to turn their manual processes into Claude skills. The package is two 45-minute screen-share calls a month, messaging access between calls (Voxer), an intake form and a shared Notion hub holding everything built and all call transcripts. Clients often come in through a free 15-minute mini-assessment and a $999 AI tools assessment that prescribes three to seven off-the-shelf tools. The guest charged $1,200-2,000 a month at first and now quotes at least $2,500.
The guest, Corey Ganham, says he reached about $8,000 a month in recurring revenue in 10 days by mentioning the service in six conversations with people he already knew, such as his financial planner and insurance agent. He argues there is a large education gap, many owners will always pay to be guided rather than learn AI themselves, and that working nine hours a month for six clients gives a very high effective hourly rate. Both hosts say industry expertise lets you charge more.
People with a professional network and real hands-on AI skill, especially those with deep experience in one industry they could specialise in.
The fast early wins came from warm contacts who already trusted the guest; someone without a network will need slower routes such as text outreach or hosting local meetups. The income figures are his own and unaudited, and the guest promotes his paid community (AI Operator Academy) while the host runs an agency. Fulfillment is light, but keeping clients requires delivering visible time savings each month. As AI tools get easier, the value rests on your industry knowledge and coaching ability rather than simple prompt know-how.
